Genuine Product Authentication

After authenticating your INCELLA product, you will receive complimentary warranty service if any issue occurs during normal use.

Products damaged due to a change of mind, customer negligence, or intentional damage/loss cannot be exchanged.

The warranty period is one year.

  1. For most products, the serial number is attached to the lower-left corner on the back of the packaging.
  2. Each device also has a serial number in a specific location. Please refer to the images below.
  3. VERYAN PRO and CUTI PRO products include a warranty card inside the product package.

  • VERYAN PRO

    The serial number can be found inside the silicone cover at the bottom of the device.

  • SERUM STICK

    The serial number can be found inside the bottom cap of the device.

  • CUTI PRO

    The serial number can be found inside the top cap of the device.

Warranty Card

The product’s serial number is printed on the back of the warranty card.
