Return & Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, with original packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To request a return, you must contact us via leonel@mycw.co.kr or our chatbot and obtain approval before sending the item back.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • For approved change-of-mind returns, international shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the item is sent “postage due / collect on delivery,” the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.

2. Defective Product Returns / Warranty

  • Applies to product defects reported within 1 year of purchase.
  • Due to the nature of a global store, physical repairs (A/S) are not available.
  • In case of suspected defects, customers must submit photo or video evidence to leonel@mycw.co.kr for review.
  • Upon approval, we will provide either a refund or a replacement shipment.
  • Intentional damage or issues caused by customer negligence are not eligible for refund or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items intentionally damaged or with issues caused by customer negligence
  • Items returned without prior approval

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer traditional exchange procedures due to international distance and time constraints.
    If there is an issue with your product, it will be resolved through refund or replacement shipment upon approval.

5. Refunds

  • Once a return or defective product claim is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at leonel@mycw.co.kr.
