Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased from the Veryan Seoul and Incella Global online store operated by CHUNGWOO Co., Ltd.
Please review this policy before placing an order. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return, Refund & Warranty Policy .
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from:
CHUNGWOO Co., Ltd.
Room 614, Lions Valley 2,
2, Gasan Digital 1-ro, Geumcheon-gu,
Seoul 08591, Republic of Korea
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding weekends, Korean public holidays, company holidays, and periods when shipping operations are temporarily unavailable.
Estimated processing and delivery times, when available, may be displayed at checkout, on the product page, or in the order confirmation. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time.
Processing may take longer if:
- A product is temporarily out of stock or available for pre-order
- Payment authorization or fraud verification is required
- The order contains multiple products with different availability
- Additional address or customs information is required
- The order is placed during a holiday or high-volume period
- A legal, regulatory, or destination-country review is required
If a material delay occurs before shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
International orders may be shipped through DHL, FedEx, Korea Post EMS, or another reliable international or local carrier.
We may select or change the carrier based on the destination, product type, package size, service availability, customs requirements, delivery conditions, and operational needs.
A specific carrier is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed before shipment. If a carrier change would materially increase a shipping charge already paid by the customer, we will request approval before collecting the additional amount.
The international carrier may transfer the shipment to a local postal service or delivery partner for final delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally calculated based on the destination, package weight, package dimensions, selected service level, product type, and carrier rates.
The applicable shipping charge will normally be displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.
Additional charges may apply to remote areas, restricted destinations, oversized packages, special-handling shipments, or locations requiring an extended-area service.
If an additional shipping charge is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before shipment. You may choose to pay the additional amount or cancel the affected order for a refund.
5. Delivery Estimates
All delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery service in writing.
Delivery may be delayed by:
- Customs inspection or clearance
- Requests for additional importer information
- Carrier congestion or operational disruption
- Public holidays in Korea, transit countries, or the destination
- Severe weather, natural disasters, or transportation disruption
- Security inspections or government action
- Remote-area delivery conditions
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Failure of the recipient to respond to the carrier or customs authority
We are not responsible for a delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to address material shipping issues within our control.
This does not exclude any right to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy where required by applicable law.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address or contact method provided with the order.
Tracking information may take additional time to become active after the shipping label is created or the shipment is handed to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding promptly to carrier or customs requests.
7. Split Shipments
We may divide an order into multiple shipments if products have different availability, shipping requirements, origins, or package restrictions.
If an order is divided, you may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive at different times.
We will not charge an additional shipping fee solely because we chose to divide the order, unless the split shipment was separately requested and approved by you.
8. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
Shipping availability depends on the destination country, carrier service, product type, local import rules, sanctions, export controls, and other legal or operational restrictions.
The availability of a country or region at checkout does not guarantee that every product can legally or operationally be delivered to that destination.
We may decline or cancel an order if shipping or supply would violate applicable law, sanctions, export controls, carrier restrictions, or destination-country import requirements. If we cancel an order for such a reason after receiving payment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item or order.
Delivery to P.O. boxes, military addresses, forwarding services, hotels, temporary accommodation, islands, and remote locations may be unavailable or subject to special conditions.
9. Personal Imports and Customs Information
Orders placed through this consumer store are generally intended for personal or household use and may be treated as personal imports under the customs rules of the destination country.
Customs requirements differ by destination. Depending on the country, shipment value, product type, and clearance procedure, the recipient may be required to provide:
- A tax identification number
- A personal import or customs code
- A national identification number
- An EORI, CPF, SSN, EIN, or equivalent identifier
- Proof of identity or address
- An import declaration or authorization
- Additional information requested by the carrier or customs authority
Not every destination requires the same identifier. Customers should provide only the information required for their shipment and should use the carrier’s or customs authority’s secure submission channel whenever possible.
Please do not send government identification numbers, passport copies, full payment card information, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or chatbot messages unless specifically instructed through an appropriate secure process.
10. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Unless expressly stated as included or collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for:
- Import duties and tariffs
- Import VAT, GST, or other local taxes
- Customs-clearance charges
- Carrier brokerage or disbursement fees
- Destination-country handling fees
- Other charges imposed by a customs authority, carrier, or local agency
We do not control these charges and generally cannot determine the final amount in advance. Charges may depend on the product description, declared value, shipping cost, insurance, country of origin, HS classification, applicable trade agreements, and destination-country rules.
A previous duty-free shipment does not guarantee that a later shipment will also be duty-free.
Duty-free thresholds and customs policies may change without notice. Customers should check the official customs or tax authority website of the destination country before placing an order.
If duties or taxes are collected at checkout, the amount and handling of those charges will be subject to the applicable checkout terms, tax rules, and service-provider procedures.
11. Customer Responsibilities
The customer or recipient is responsible for:
- Providing a complete and accurate delivery address
- Providing a valid email address and telephone number
- Ensuring that the recipient name matches customs information where required
- Monitoring shipment tracking
- Responding promptly to carrier and customs requests
- Providing legally required import information
- Paying applicable destination-country duties, taxes, and fees
- Accepting or collecting the shipment within the applicable period
- Checking personal import and product-use restrictions at the destination
These responsibilities do not exclude any obligation that applies to us as the seller, manufacturer, exporter, or other legally responsible party.
12. Address Changes and Incorrect Addresses
Contact us at info@incella.co.kr immediately if you need to change the delivery address.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.
A carrier may charge an address-correction or redirection fee. Where the incorrect address was provided by the customer, that fee may be charged to the customer or deducted from an available refund, where permitted by applicable law.
If the delivery address cannot be corrected, the shipment may be returned, delayed, abandoned, or disposed of according to carrier or customs rules.
13. Delivery Refusal, Unclaimed Shipments, and Customs Failure
If a shipment is returned or cannot be delivered because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failure to respond to the carrier or customs authority
- Failure to provide required customs information
- Failure to pay applicable duties, taxes, or clearance fees
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period
we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, storage fees, carrier fees, and other reasonable costs incurred from any available refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Costs caused by our incorrect shipping documents, incorrect address entry, or another error attributable to us will not be charged to the customer.
If a shipment is abandoned, destroyed, or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority because the recipient failed to complete the required procedures, a refund may not be available, except where required by applicable law.
14. Risk of Loss or Damage
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives physical possession of the shipment.
If the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered or arranged by us, risk may pass when the shipment is handed to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Shipment from or departure from the Republic of Korea does not, by itself, end our responsibilities concerning loss, damage, non-delivery, incorrect products, or mandatory consumer remedies.
15. Lost Shipments
If tracking does not update for an extended period or indicates that a shipment may be lost, please contact us at info@incella.co.kr.
We may ask you to confirm the delivery address and provide information reasonably required for a carrier investigation.
Carrier investigations may require additional time. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement, refund, or another remedy as required by our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy and applicable law.
16. Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly and retain:
- The product and all included items
- The exterior shipping box
- Internal packaging and protective materials
- The shipping label
- Photos or videos showing the damage
These materials may be required for a carrier investigation. Do not discard the packaging until we confirm that it is no longer needed.
Approved damaged-product claims will be handled under our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy .
17. Shipments Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the shipment, please:
- Check the delivery location and surrounding area
- Ask household members, building staff, or neighbors where appropriate
- Check for a delivery notice or photograph
- Contact the local carrier promptly
- Contact us if the shipment remains missing
We will review the claim using tracking records, delivery confirmation, carrier information, and the circumstances of the delivery. A carrier’s “delivered” status does not automatically eliminate any right or remedy available under applicable law.
18. Replacement Shipments
A replacement approved under our warranty or refund policy may be shipped using a carrier or service selected by us.
Replacement shipments may also be subject to customs procedures. We will provide reasonable supporting documents showing that the shipment is a replacement where applicable, but we cannot guarantee that a customs authority will waive duties or taxes.
If a customs authority charges tax or duty on an approved replacement, please contact us before paying where reasonably possible so that we can review the available options.
19. Returns
Do not return a product to our business address without prior approval and return instructions.
Change-of-mind returns, defective-product returns, return shipping costs, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy .
An unauthorized or postage-due return may be refused, or reasonable costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
20. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Shipping may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disorder, epidemic, government action, sanctions, labor disruption, customs interruption, carrier failure, transportation disruption, or major telecommunications and infrastructure outages.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and communicate material delays. If delivery is delayed for an extended period, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund under applicable law.
21. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the customer’s country or region.
If applicable law provides a more favorable delivery, cancellation, refund, replacement, or risk-of-loss right, that mandatory right will apply.
22. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in carriers, shipping methods, customs requirements, business operations, or applicable law.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Unless otherwise required by law, an accepted order will generally remain subject to the shipping terms in effect when the order was accepted.
