Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Chungwoo Co., Ltd., #614, Woolim Lions Valley 2, 2 Gasan Digital 1-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (08591).

2. Shipping Methods

International shipping is handled through trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Korea Post EMS.
The shipping method will be chosen by us based on the destination, product type, and delivery requirements.

3. Customs Clearance & Personal Customs ID

All orders are processed as personal imports (direct purchase from Korea).

• Therefore, customers are required to provide a Personal Customs ID (or equivalent local identification number) issued in their country, and must complete import clearance locally.
• Each country has its own de minimis threshold (duty-free import limit). Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order:

4. Duties & Taxes

• All import duties, VAT, customs fees, and handling charges imposed by your local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
• Any additional storage or clearance fees incurred due to customs holds are also the responsibility of the customer.

5. Seller’s Responsibility

• Veryan Seoul / Chungwoo Co., Ltd. is responsible only until the package is shipped out from Korea.
• We are not liable for customs delays, import duties, local delivery issues, or additional costs once the shipment has left Korea.
